What You’re Buying

NeoVolta NV14 is a complete home battery + hybrid inverter (14.4 kWh usable, LiFePO₄) with ~7.68 kW (32 A) continuous output. NEMA 3R outdoor-rated, app-monitored, UL-listed. NV14 is the main hub and can operate standalone.

Required On-Site Evaluation (Before Purchase for discount to be applied we can always accept the job regardless of site check BUT certain stipulations apply, please read below in its entirely before purchse so as to understand whats important.)

To protect you from undersizing and surprise upgrades, we require an on-site evaluation agreement before any online purchase is accepted. This visit verifies: main service panel, grounding/bonding, clearances, equipment locations, critical loads, and utility interconnection pathway, can be overlooked but Customer (yourself) can be responsible for necessary upgrades based on needs factor for system to properly work, to avoid this issue please make sure a scheduled install evalutation is done by giving Rick Cheatham (619)403-4114 a (Paid Site Evaluation) first, which also happens to be the initial payment for installing the system in the first place so it shall be applied for that purpose when customer agrees to a qucik home site evaulation at the checkout, we will also call you and allow you to verbally confirm (NO, i dont want an upfront site evaluation, i can confirm as the homeowner that i will faucilitate the necessary components for sun diego solar to finish construction on the project due to declining the upfront site evaluation.)

• Or opt-in to a special lower price determined by your home specifics when you accept an on-site evaluation at sign-up and online purchase of products structured online,

We aim to complete on-site checks within 3 business days of purchase so we can confirm the exact scope and, when applicable, apply the special lower rate.

Returns & Cancellations (Cooling-Off Right)

• You may cancel within 3 business days of purchase (5 days if you are 65+).

• During this window we’ll refund 100% of any deposit.

• After the 3/5-day period, refunds are not available. We’ll still complete your on-site check quickly (target within 3 business days) and apply any eligible special lower pricing.

Sizing Policy & Undersizing Disclosure

• The best results come from sizing to your actual usage. If you choose not to provide usage data or decline our recommended size, we’ll still install at your request.

• Clear disclosure: If you pick a smaller system than we recommend, you acknowledge you’re choosing an undersized system and accept the performance trade-offs.

• We can also stage in steps—start with NV14 and add capacity later (e.g., NV24 expansion) to meet evolving needs without oversizing today.

Post-Design Reality Check (What can still change)

After we design your system, the remaining variables are time, labor/visits, permits, and equipment availability. We keep you posted on any AHJ/utility scheduling changes.

Materials, Installed Items & Warranty Support

• Materials already paid for will be provided to you (delivered or available for pickup) if the scope changes after the refund period.

• Anything already installed is covered by the manufacturer’s warranty. If you want, we can facilitate the warranty process on your behalf.

Care & Use Basics

Keep the cabinet area clear, follow ventilation/clearance guidance, maintain Wi-Fi/Ethernet for monitoring, and avoid storing flammables nearby. During outages the NV14 auto-islands and powers your backed-up loads within the inverter’s limits.
